I'm having trouble recalling what I did but it appears that I used 2c of raw soybeans rather than the usual 3/4c for soymilk. I still did 1/4c sugar. It seems I also had 1/4c of starter yogurt. Somehow, this is left for 8hours at 107F
and claims to be making about 3 cups of yogurt. Probably using the soymilk machine.
