2 (or 3?) large onions
1 box panko flakes (8 oz).
1 cup flour + some (1/4 c?) egg replacer + salt + soy/oat milk (non sweet) or water. There will be lots of extra!
Oil.
Cut onions into rings. Dip into batter made of flour etc, then dip into panko flakes.
Fry.
Salt.
