Measure out 1 1/2 tsp yeast, set aside to allow to warm
SD-YD250 Bread Machine Dough:
Measure into bread machine pan.
3 C whole wheat Flour
1 1/4 C unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 TBLS oil
2 TBLS honey or brown sugar
1 3/4 C water
place 1 1/2 tsp in yeast dispenser
Select WHOLE WHEAT, then select DOUGH. Timer will show 3 hr 15 min.
After 3 hr 15 min, remove dough and place in sprayed pans.
I use a glass pie pan and a glass 9x13 pan (or metal pans).
Steam 3/4 C raisins, spinkle 3 T in pie pan, and rest of raisins in 9x13 glass pan.
Measure 1/2 Cup honey, pour 2T in pie pan, pour rest in 9x13 glass pan.
Use Pampered Chef Chopper (or nut grinder, or chop with a sharp knife), 3/4 C pecans or walnuts.
Use 3T of chopped nuts in pie pan, rest of chopped nuts in 9x13 pan.
Mix 1/4 C sugar with 2 t cinnamon (or coconut, raisins, and or nuts).
Punch down dough on lightly floured surface, roll out to 12 x 18 inches.
Sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon mixture.
Roll up from long side, jellyroll fashion.
Cut roll crosswise into 16 equal slices.
Arrange slices, spiral side up, 4 in pie pan, 12 in 9x13 pan.
Cover with plastic wrap, dish towel, or inverted similar pans.
Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes (325 degrees for glass pans).
