2 cans drained black beans
1c quick oats
2c dry bread crumbs
4t cumin
4t paprika
1t dry ginger
4T ketchup
4T soy sauce
2t molasses (optional)
mix all together.
She added onion (chopped), celery (chopped) and ginger (chopped) which were sauteed separately.
Add more ketchup if not "enough".
Fry on stove with olive oil.
Makes enough for about 4 people.
