2 shallots
4 medium potatoes
1 carrot
1 turnip (greens used in different dish)
salt
paprika
black pepper
chili powder
Dice, fry veggies in olive oil.
Add flavorings
Add 4-6 cups of water, bring to boil, cook until roots soften.
Add 1/2c coarsely ground quinoa (use blender)
cook until thick
