2T butter
2T white flour
fry that together (It's a roux)
9 green olives, chopped
1/2 c yogurt
1/4 c milk
1/4 cup Parmesan and/or Romano
Combine above items with whisk.
Mix the roux with other items and cook over very low heat until thick.
