1t oil
2 diced onions.
Brown this then add
6oz chopped mushrooms to the browned onions
2 cups of water,
1t nutritional yeast
1/8 c soy sauce
blend above in food processor/blender
Roux: 1T butter/oil, 3T white flour fry to make roux.
Add roux to above mix, simmer gently 2-3 minutes to thicken.
