1T peanut oil
2 garlic cloves
3 sliced onions
6 sliced shitake mushrooms
8 white mushrooms sliced
(Fry in sequence. Brown one before adding next item.)
Add to this in sequence:
4c water
1t salt
2T lemon juice
1T soy sauce
1T rice vinegar (any vinegar is ok)
1 sliced and seeded jalepeno
4oz cubed firm tofu
Adding, bring to boil, simmer a few minutes.
