2x ravioli dough (see other entry for this)
1x manicotti filling (mostly ricotta cheese, salt maybe, eggs, parsley)
lots of tomato sauce
8 oz mozzarella
Cut dough into strips 2-3" wide and a bit shorter than pan
Layer sauce at bottom, then dough, ricotta filling, mozzarella, and sauce on top.
Repeat until pan is full.
Bake 350F for 35 min or until bubbling rapidly.
Let cool briefly before cutting.
